Edmark Group of Companies is a multi-million dollar company with market presence in over 25 countries and is involved in various business interests from manufacturing, exporting, distribution, and soon to real estate development. Edmark started as Ever Dynamic Marketing in 1984. It is from this name that the word EDMARK was conceived, with the letter “D” in red color to represent its “perpetual dynamism.”
		The company was initially involved in marketing other manufacturer’s products through live demonstration at counters in Malaysia, as well as in exhibits in other parts of the world. It was through the vision of its founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Sam Low Ban Chai that Edmark became one of the world’s successful brands and a company known for synergizing dynamic business principles with spiritual foundations.

Edmark Industries Malaysia
In 1989 Edmark Industries SDN BHD was incorporated in Malaysia to cater to the growing demand for more Edmark products, most notable of which is the “Rolling Ruler.” The said product was a huge success in Europe, Middle East and in the United States and was even sold over North American infomercial TV channels. This signaled the start of Edmark venturing into its own product development, innovation and manufacturing. Another milestone product for the company is the invention and patent of its famous Super Slicer. Since 1994, the Super Slicer has been exported to more than 25 countries and is now considered an indispensable kitchen tool worldwide.
To cater to the rapid upsurge in demand of its international market, Edmark boldly invested over $30M for the construction and its relocation to a brand new manufacturing plant. Inaugurated last July 17, 2010, the new facility stands on 4.5 acres of land with a built-up area of 230,000 sq. ft. It boasts of state of the art equipment, industrial robots, and energy saving features. Edmark’s high quality standard operating procedures are widely recognized thru the following certifications and citations: GMP Codex Alimentarius (recommended code of practice and general principles of food hygiene for manufacturing of food supplements and beverages and for its GMP clean rooms and laboratories), HALAL Certificate of Authentication (for complying with Halal requirements according to Islamic Law for its Food Supplements and Beverages) and the latest of which is the ISO 22000:2005 the highest certification awarded to food supplement and beverage manufacturers.
Edmark Products Ltd. and Freris General Merchandise
Another remarkable accomplishment of the Edmark Group of Companies is the creation of Edmark Products Ltd. and Edmark Freris in the Philippines in 1989 and 1992 respectively, to specifically market innovative household products and conduct live product demonstrations in SM Supermalls and other major shopping centers abroad such as Geant, Hyper Panda and Carrefour, international trade shows and exhibits. This company started with only with two personnel based on a rented house in St. Ignatius Village, Manila. With Edmark’s exceptional way of demonstrating its products the company is now made up of over 500 staff nationwide.
Edmark Philippines (Multi-Level Marketing Company)
The early successes brought about by the said companies have been magnified many times over because of the phenomenal growth of its multi-level marketing arm – Edmark Philippines and Edmark International. The company boasts itself as the only MLM company in the Philippines with its own six-storey building worth $8M in the middle of Quezon City’s business hub. To date, Edmark's MLM business caters to its distributors through its extensive number of branches and 22 franchise centers across the Philippines.  Edmark International In 2004, the company’s MLM arm ventured into international expansion starting off with its first branch in downtown Dubai, UAE. In 2008, Edmark brought the MLM business to Accra, Ghana in Africa. Nigeria followed suit on the following year and that accelerated the company’s expansion to neighboring African countries.
There are now a total of seventeen Edmark branches in Africa including the ones in Kumasi, Ghana; Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire; Nairobi, Kenya; Lome, Togo; Khartoum, Sudan; Kampala, Uganda; Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania; two branches in Cameroon (Yaoundé and Douala); and five branches in Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Onitsha, and Kano). This growth spurt encouraged the company to bring the MLM business to its very home country by opening branches in Selangor and Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia recently. Edmark is also geared to open soon in South Africa. Since its establishment up to the present, Edmark International has been providing equal opportunity, right training, and an empowering environment for everyone. With the support of over 300,000 active distributors worldwide, Edmark will not only market healthy living products but it will also venture into real estate development, thus the establishment of its newest company Edmark City. Edmark City is set to carve out an upscale high-rise, residential-commercial condominium clusters.
The project is a timely and appropriate response to the emerging need for a green and well-appointed yet truly affordable suburban living. The project entails land development, massive building construction and installation of well-planned features and amenities. Edmark City is positioned to be the first fully integrated “spiritual business center,” away from the hustle and bustle of normal city living yet accessible and relatively near to the Metropolis. It will be home and a center to Edmarkers’ various businesses, leisure, social and spiritual activities. Soon, Edmark also plans to establish its own foundation to further propagate its guiding philosophy of “People Helping People Succeed” based on the four pillars of gratitude, abundance, love and compassion. The creation of this foundation will be one of the company’s many direct actions in taking the four pillars to new heights.
